By downloading, accessing, or using the PianoTab application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.

PianoTab provides a revolutionary letter-based piano notation system that helps users learn and play piano music. The App includes access to a library of songs, tutorials, and features for both free and paid users.

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.

PianoTab offers both free and paid content. Purchases made through the App are governed by the terms of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

• All sales are final unless required by law
• Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, music, and software, are owned by PianoTab and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• You may not remove any proprietary notices
• Song arrangements are provided for personal use only

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Transmit viruses or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PianoTab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
